Yes we offer free shipping on all orders over £200 for UK and Europe. For USA and rest of the world we offer free shipping on all orders above £300.

Simply choose the "pick up" option at check out and we will notify you once your purchase is ready for collection. 

We ship internationally to almost every country via DHL or FEDEX International (2-10 working days).  We offer flat rates at checkout. 

To our EU Customers, we are pleased to cover all the taxes and duties on orders going to the continent. 

For the rest of the world, duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency of your destination country and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Ejing Zhang.

You can return unworn products purchased online within 14 days of your order date. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided and in original condition.

Please request proof of delivery for your return as we cannot be held responsible for anything that is lost or damaged in transit. 

Allow for 7 days from the day the return arrives back for the refund to be processed.

Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

We will not accept any merchandise that is just sent back.

We accommodate exchanges if the item requested is available in stock.  If not, we will advise to return your merchandise and place a new order.

PRECIOUS METALS
Metals such as sterling silver and brass are naturally soft and should be treated with special care to avoid damage. To care for your pieces, avoid exposure to perfumes, oils and household chemicals. If tarnishing occurs wipe with a jewellery cleaning cloth or clean with a suitable cleaning agent. Keep away from hard surfaces as bumps and scratches will cause wear to the plating. To extend the life of your plated jewellery we recommend keeping in a soft pouch or jewellery box, out of direct sunlight and heat.

RESIN PIECES
Resin is a strong and durable material, nevertheless should be treated as a ceramic as it can break if dropped or knocked against a hard surface. To keep your resin jewellery in good condition, simply wipe with a clean, dry cloth. To prolong the original colours of each jewellery piece, keep away from sunlight.

SEMI- PRECIOUS STONES & PEARLS
Semi- Precious stones are very delicate and should be handled with extra care. We recommend using soft, dry, untreated clothe to clean your stones. Pearls are natural materials, each piece is unique and will vary slightly in shapes and colours. Jewellery with pearl can be cleaned with lukewarm damp cloth. Avoid exposure to perfumes, oils and household chemicals.

Yes.  We use sterling silver with 18k gold-plating and resin in our jewellery.
