SHIPPING

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we offer free shipping on all orders over £200 for UK. For EU, USA and rest of the world we offer free shipping on all orders above £300.

 

Who do you use for shipping?

We offer flat rates on DHL and Fedex as well as Royal Mail for domestic shipping.  These are calculated rates at checkout.  Your order will shipped the same day if received by 1pm on a weekday.

 

What are your International shipping options?

We ship internationally to almost every country via DHL or FEDEX International ( 2-10 working days).  We offer flat rates at checkout. 

For EU and the rest of the world, duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency of your destination country and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Ejing Zhang.

RETURNS

What if I want to return my purchase?

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know.

You can return unworn products purchased online within 14 days of your order date. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided and in original condition.

Please request proof of delivery for your return as we cannot be held responsible for anything that is lost or damaged in transit. 

Allow for 7 days from the day the return arrives back for the refund to be processed.

Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

We will not accept any merchandise that is just sent back.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

We accommodate exchanges if the item requested is available in stock.  If not, we will advise to return your merchandise and place a new order.

Do you have a physical store presence?

Not at the moment.  You can check out our Stockist page for retailers who carry our products.

 

JEWELLERY CARE

What's the best way to care for my jewellery?

Plated metals naturally tarnish over time when exposed to body oils, perfume and other natural elements.

To preserve your Ejing Zhang piece of jewellery, we recommend avoiding contact with harsh substances and putting on jewellery after using perfumes, creams and hairsprays.

 

What if there is a fault with my purchase?

To request a repair please email info@ejingzhang.com and be sure to include your name, telephone number, and a brief description as well as an image of the fault. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.  

 

MATERIALS

Is your jewellery nickel free?

Yes.  We use sterling silver with 18k gold-plating and resin in our jewellery.
